Dagmar Heinrich

Born in Hamburg, Dagmar Heinrich trained at Jil Sander before she moved to London in 1993, where she studied fashion design at the London College of Fashion. She started her career as a women’s wear designer working for the New York based design firm Mark Eisen, followed by design jobs at Giorgio Armani and Alan Scott in Milan. In 2010, Dagmar launched dheinrich, a women’s wear collection, that includes her personal “favourite 8” pieces per season, produced as a limited edition of 30.

For e15, Dagmar Heinrich developed a set of knit blankets, RETE and TRAMATO, which respond to the mutual parameters of minimal design.
