To support our dynamic team at our Frankfurt am Main location, we are looking for a Product Management / Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d) with a working time of up to 20 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities:
- Product development and product management for the e15 collection
- Detailed technical design of new products and creation of the corresponding construction drawings
- Supporting purchasing and sales with custom design drawings based on existing products
- Price and contract negotiations, as well as quality monitoring of national and international suppliers
- Supporting strategic and operational purchasing, including quality assurance and assembly activities
- Optimization of procurement processes
- Managing certification processes
- Researching materials, constructions, and suppliers
- Data maintenance in the ERP system and managing document archives
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in product or furniture development
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, alongside an enthusiasm for versatile and flexible teamwork
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and a strong technical/structural understanding
- Familiarity with test certificates, certifications, and safety requirements
- Professional proficiency in Vectorworks (2D and 3D) and MS Office applications
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with an ERP system (preferably Business Central) round out your profile
- Good spoken and written English skills
