To support in our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are seeking for the next possible date an employee Customer Service / Internal Sales with a working time of up to 30 hours per week
Your Tasks:
- Processing and ensuring the timely completion of customer orders
- Service-oriented advice and support for international customers regarding all product-related inquiries
- Solution-oriented and confident handling of issues and challenges, e.g., delivery delays, complaints, replacements, and credit notes
- Close and target-driven collaboration with our warehouse logistics, purchasing, and development departments to implement custom product solutions
- Optimization of procurement processes to minimize inventory levels while ensuring delivery capabilities
- Price and contract negotiations, as well as quality monitoring of national and international suppliers
- Process documentation in the ERP system and creation of sales reports for management
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant (or comparable qualification / degree in business administration)
- Solid experience in international sales (at least 2 years)
- Independent, diligent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally Business Central
- Independent and structured work style, along with a strong hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
