In the context of the London Design Festival 2014, “Show 9” will celebrate the launch of the new e15 lighting collection, first presented during this year’s Salone, plus other 2014 highlights by other artists and designers. The exhibition marks the debut of e15 lighting in the UK. On show will be extracts of five lighting families, consisting of strikingly simple pendant, wall and floor lights designed by internationally renowned designers such as Mark Holmes, Eva Marguerre, Marcel Besau and Michael Raasch.
Besides the presentation of e15 lighting, “Show 9” will exhibit products from Arflex, Bensen, Brokis, Chi Chi Cavalcanti, Fogia, Karimoku New Standard, Lema, Menu, Minimalux, Resident, Studio Ma’ayan Pesach & Sander Wassink and Zero, displaying an original mix of lighting and furniture.
For “Show 9”, Viaduct will also partner with Clerkenwell’s new Architecture and Design Film Festival with daily screenings of the film “Work” by Terenja van Dijk which explores the work and life of seminal designer Maarten van Severen.
