At the newly opened Magniberg House in Copenhagen, e15 and Magniberg presented a special installation during 3daysofdesign, featuring the launch of BACKENZAHN STEEL by Philipp Mainzer. The installation explored a series of contrasts, bringing together furniture, textiles and clothing within the domestic setting of Magniberg House.

Set within the house’s domestic interiors, the installation explored a series of contrasts, bringing together furniture, textiles and clothing. Magniberg’s new MADAME bedding was presented on the solid oak MO bed, while KERMAN lounge chairs by Farah Ebrahimi and Philipp Mainzer were upholstered in Saji Silk Duchess Jacquard by Sahco and shown alongside Magniberg’s loungewear collection.

Sculptural towers composed of BACKENZAHN in solid wood appeared throughout the house. Polished stainless steel and brass-plated editions of BACKENZAHN STEEL accompanied the seating arrangements.

In the cobblestone courtyard of Magniberg House, brushed stainless steel, Vermilion and Jet Black editions of BACKENZAHN STEEL contrasted with a distinctly Copenhagen palette of terracotta, ochre and blue architectural surfaces.
