Product family ELBE, designed by Eva Marguerre, Marcel Besau and Daniel Schöning was awarded “Best of Best” at the Iconic Award: Innovative Interior by the German Design Council.
Originally designed for the foyers of the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Germany, Eva Marguerre, Marcel Besau and Daniel Schöning realised the product family ELBE consisting of a high table, side table and bench in collaboration with e15. Building on simple geometrical shapes, the high table and side table with marble top as well as the bench with upholstered seat in Kvadrat’s fabric ‘Basel’ create a core element in the interior concept of the concert hall.
With Design im Kunstverein, the German Design Council presents the winners of its Iconic Awards: Innovative Interior for the third year at Kölnischer Kunstverein.
