In close collaboration with selected designers, architects, and artists, the company develops unique products and supports artistic approaches that reflect the brand’s open attitude toward different cultures and disciplines.
To support our dynamic team at our Frankfurt am Main location, we are looking for a Product Management / Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d) with a working time of up to 20 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities:
- Product development and product management for the e15 collection
- Detailed engineering/construction design of new products and preparation of the corresponding technical drawing
- Sales support through custom drawings for modifications of existing products
- Price and contract negotiations, as well as quality monitoring of national and international suppliers
- Strategic and operational procurement of goods, including quality assurance and assembly tasks
- Optimization of procurement processes
- Oversight of certification processes
- Research on materials, construction methods, and suppliers
- Data maintenance in the ERP system and filing management
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in product or furniture development
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, along with an enjoyment of varied and flexible teamwork
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and a strong understanding of technical design/construction
- Knowledge of test certificates, certifications, and safety requirements
- Professional proficiency in Vectorworks (2D and 3D) and MS Office products
- Confident handling of MS Office and familiarity with an ERP/merchandise management system (preferably Business Central) round out your profile
- Good spoken and written English skills
