Sales Manager Contract for Northern Germany

e15 is a global brand, designing and distributing modern premium furniture with a strong focus on solid wood in 34 countries on five continents. To support our dynamic team, we are seeking with immediate effect a Sales Manager Contract for Northern Germany.

In order to further expand our market position, we are looking for an industry-experienced leader with customer orientation, as a competent contact person for the sales team who will constantly optimise the satisfaction of our customers and the sales success in close cooperation with the purchasing, logistics and marketing departments.

Your tasks:

The area of activity assigned to you as Sales Manager Contract include the following areas of responsibility in the field of sales and field service in Northern Germany:

  • Support of architects, interior designers and selected key accounts in your area of operation.
  • Presentation of the collection to premium partners.
  • Technical management of quotations as well as operative implementation of customised products and projects in your region.
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographic data.
  • Supporting larger partners personally on site, organising training and events together with our marketing department and the agent
  • Evaluating sales data and developing strategies for the various regional sales markets and customer segments. For your regions, you are responsible for planning and controlling the turnover per quarter and report regularly to the sales management.
  • Close cooperation with our Customer Service Team
  • Travelling takes up about 80 % of your working time.

Your profile:

  • You have a high affinity for the topics of interior design and architecture and can represent e15 as a furniture brand for progressive and consistent design, high-quality materials, and innovative, handcrafted production methods in the best possible way through your sound knowledge.
  • You are a competent contact person and have sound experience with high-quality consumer goods as well as the ability to sustainably retain customers.
  • Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking as well as a high flexibility characterise your everyday work.
  • You have good conflict management and strong analytical skills, as well as strong communication and implementation skills
  • Must be fluent in German; further language skills are an advantage
  • Routine work with MS Office and knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system (preferably Business Central) round off your profile.
