Marketing Assistant

e15 is a global brand, designing and distributing modern premium furniture with a strong focus on solid wood in 34 countries on five continents.

To support our marketing department, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant as soon as possible. 

The position includes the following tasks:

– Collaboration in the organization of trade fairs and events
– Organization of photo shoots incl. image selection and management
– Editorial maintenance of the website
– Editorial planning and content production for social media
– Maintenance of contacts and distribution lists in the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central)
– Support of press and public relations;
– Organization of travel

You bring the following qualities:

– Independent, careful way of working
– very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) 
– excellent organizational skills
– strong communication skills
– Solid knowledge of common social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
– confident handling of MS-Office applications as well as experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as WordPress and Magento is an advantage)
