With immediate effect we are looking for an employee for our finance and accounting department with the following tasks and focus:
Your tasks:
- Preparing the weekly financial status and the monthly BWA
- Keeping accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
- Receivables management
- Preparation of advance sales tax returns and recapitulative statements
- Preparation and maintenance of the annual budget
- Cash management and liquidity planning
- Various business management evaluations
- Preparation and publication of annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Preparation of tax returns and review of tax assessments
- Preparation of all employment contracts and payroll accounting
- Contract and insurance management
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration (BWL) or comparable commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Teamwork, organizational skills and strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, confident appearance and sense of responsibility
- Good IT skills, especially MS Office and MS Dynamics Business Central
- An independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
