e15 is awarded the AD Design Award for best Re-Edition for its Ferdinand Kramer® Collection. The award ceremony takes place on 25 November 2015 in Munich.
The Ferdinand Kramer® Collection of re-editions from e15 is homage to the impressive body of work of one of the most consistent designers during the period of modernism. Making some of his ground breaking original furniture designs available once more, Kramer’s designs are characterised by balanced proportions, carefully selected materials, quality and functionality – values which are also applicable to the distinct philosophy of e15.
The 2nd edition of the AD Design Award is presented in the categories ‘Arts & Crafts’, ‘Fast Forward’, ‘Modern Minimal’, ‘Vintage Reloaded’ and ‘Re-edition’, honouring five outstanding international design talents. Apart from receiving the award, the selected talents will be presented with a personal profile in the February issue of AD Architectural Digest.
