E15 Design und Distributions GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “e15”) takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. The following declaration provides an overview of how we guarantee this protection and which data is collected for which purpose.
E15 reserves the right to change these security and data protection measures as far as this will be required due to technological developments. In these cases we will also revise our notices on data protection accordingly. Please make sure that you always use the current version of our data privacy statement.
Data processing on this web page
We use personal data to place orders and deliveries as well as to inform you about our products and offers, to improve our products, means of communication and internal processes, and to prevent the misuse of our website. We only store data that is relevant and necessary for the purposes described above. Furthermore, we will delete your data if we do not need them anymore.
E15 will not pass your personal data on to third parties unless it will be needed for the completion of transactions. The data supplied is limited to the necessary minimum. If in such cases data will be communicated to third parties, they must be committed to absolute confidentiality of the data with respect to e15 according to the German Data Protection Act to prevent data misuse.
